Andrew Nguyแป…n

osteopath

A budding affinity for the natural sciences as a youth, influenced by both Eastern and western medicinal philosophies, and a desire to achieve personal health eventually led Andrew to osteopathy. He is grateful that osteopathy has afforded him the chance to work and study in a diverse range of clinics globally, shaping his practice and professional passions. His previous work in Canada and Tasmania, allowed him the opportunity to treat and collaborate with a diverse range of patients. The experience to work with an array of ages, cultures, backgrounds and professions along with an expansive list of acute and chronic complex health conditions was both inspiring and rewarding.

He spent time as a volunteer in a Vietnamese orphanage and this ignited his passion for paediatric, pregnancy and perinatal care, prompting further postgraduate studies in these areas.  His other areas of special interest include all things cranium including headaches, migraines, TMJ and sinus complaints. Andrew also loves to work with aspiring dancers and athletes, helping them overcome the common injuries they experience including of the wrists, shoulders, knees, ankles and feet. He has also completed further study in Biodynamic Osteopathy, breath work and mental health first aid.

Outside of osteopathy, Andrew loves to go on a hike, is an obsessed fossicker, amateur woodworker and delights in taking off on a family adventure.
