supported programs
We support a number of government programs, TAC, DVA, Workcover, Medicare: Cronic Disease Management and NDIS.
-
We accept TAC patients for Osteo, Physio and Exercise Physiology.
You need to provide us with your date if injury and claim number.
If your injury was over 90 days ago, we need to submit an Allied Health Treatment Plan and seek approval for your treatment. You will need to pay for an initial consult with us so we can take your history and do an examination in order to write the Allied Health Treatment Plan. If TAC approve the plan, you can seek reimbursement of the initial consult fee.
If you have not received treatment for 6 months or longer, you will need to seek approval from TAC before they will pay for further treatment.
We invoice TAC directly for the services we provide. -
Osteo, Physio and Exercise Physiology is covered under DVA.
You need a referral from your GP for a treatment cycle. A treatment cycle is one year from the date of referral or 12 treatments, whichever comes first.
DVA clients with a TPI Gold Card do not use the treatment cycle for exercise physiology and physiotherapy services (not osteo). They can use annual or, in some circumstances, indefinite referrals to access these services.
Please bring your DVA card with you to your first appointment.
We invoice DVA directly. -
We see patients who have been injured at work and have an active WorkCover claim. You must provide to us your claim number and date of injury.
Our osteos, physios, and exercise physiologist are all able to see you.
We DO NOT invoice WorkCover directly. You are responsible for full payment of our fees on the day of service. We will issue you with a copy of your invoice for you to submit to WorkCover for reimbursement. -
Your GP may refer you to see an osteo, physio or exercise physiologist with a Chronic Disease Management Plan.
You may be eligible for up to 5 treatments under this plan.
Standard Medicare rebates apply after full payment on the day of service. This can be done on the spot at reception. -
Patients with an NDIS plan or self-managed plan can see our physio and exercise physiologists.
Patients with a self-managed plan can also see our osteos.
We are here to help, if you want to know more please get in touch.
