Ash has been passionate about Pilates since she was a teenager. She was drawn to becoming a Pilates teacher as Pilates is incredibly adaptable - you're able to maintain a healthy balanced body in a way that can be tailored to everyone, and every body. She believes in creating a safe and fun environment where people can work on their strength and flexibility. Ash makes her classes enjoyable and accessible for all.

Her love of Pilates is based on the wide range of benefits Pilates can offer: full body workout, great for improving range of movement and flexibility, improving balance and strength, being mindful of working with the breath as you exercise can and the mental clarity which people often feel after class. .

Outside of the studio, Ash's interests are hiking, music and beach adventures.
